I made your Pillsbury™ Chocolate Chip Refrigerated Cookie Dough. It called for a temp of 350 degrees, As the last time I made them at this temp, they burned, I lowered the temp to 325. They were places in the center rack of the oven. This time half of the cookies burned and half were raw. I checked my oven and the temp is correct. Could there have been a problem with the recipe of the cookies?

With this don’t I can make big huge fat cookies or small cookies I love that I have options for whatever the occasion calls for or how many people will be eating them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When you don’t want to go through the trouble of making your own cookie dough, these are the next best thing. Just cut to the size you want and make as many or as little as you want. Stick in the oven and your done. Great taste

The new recipe is absolutely disgusting.  I would give it 0 stars if that was an option. I used to make chocolate chip cookies from scratch and was known for them.  When I discovered the Pillsbury ones tasted exactly like my home made ones, I started substituting them and have done so for years.  People are always shocked that they were not from scratch.  I am so glad that I noticed the package stated "new recipe" and gave them a test try before Thanksgiving, because it would have been a disaster had I attempted to serve these. They don't bake well, the texture is off, they don't taste very good and they have an absolutely nasty aftertaste.  I don't think I have ever had a cookie with an aftertaste-- and it doesn't leave your mouth easily. I have no clue how these could have gotten past taste testers.  They are virtually inedible. They certainly don't taste "natural".  I think this is the first time in my house that a batch of cookies has been thrown away.  I guess I will be spending more time in the kitchen before Thanksgiving, because I will have to go back to scratch.  Please bring the original back.  If there are actually people that buy these more than once, then you can have two versions if need be. 

These cookies are really good. I like them way better than the flavor of store-bought chocolate chip cookies. Chocolate chip cookies can be a little tricky when it comes to flavor, it's either get it right or get it wrong. I feel like this is right. For many many years I have been a big fan of the Pillsbury Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, so I reluctantly purchased a large size of the new recipe.  I was highly disappointed because these cookies are tasteless!  Not sure why the powers that be made the decision to change the recipe. I threw my receipt away by mistake, so now I cannot get my money back.  If the original recipe goes away, I'll have to make my cookies from scratch. 

Short and simple... very disappointed that you’ve changed the recipe to the refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough. To say the least..The new recipe is “nasty” and very blan. If I wanted baked sand.. I’d buy it.  You’ve compromised taste and quality.  I’ll stop buying your product until the original recipe has been put back on the store shelves. Thx for nothing.

I’m not much of a dough eater but I have to admit it was pretty good. Nice knowing you can indulge in something people have loved forever and it is safe. One less side effect to worry about. A little indulgence can’t be bad. What is life without a little GOOD fun?

The house smells great and you have fresh cookies to eat. Much easier than buying all the ingredients yourself. So, if you’re looking to save time with just about the same results, these are great!
