I used to eat these cookies every single day (maybe not the best habit, but they were THAT good), until the recipe was changed. Ever since the ingredients were altered to make them “safe to eat raw”, I’m incredibly disappointed in the flavor and texture of these cookies. They are terrible for dipping in milk because they crumble and fall apart too easily, no matter how well they’re baked. The flavor is seriously lacking and they’re definitely not worth the calories anymore. I was a devoted pillsbury customer before the recipe change, but I’ll definitely be spending my money on another brand from now on, unless this company decides to listen to the multitude of recent negative customer reviews and return to the original cookie recipe. Please bring back the original cookies we’ve known and loved for years!

The new Chocolate Chip cookie recipe is just awful!!! They used to taste fresh, sweet and homemade like! Now they're crumbly dry and taste like a cheap cookie! I certainly hope you will change it back! The people that think they havent changed are obviously using the old recipe. Please change the recipe back to the good one or its off to Toll House for me

Yes I’ve been a big fan of you chocolate chip cookies, I even boasted about it not too long ago to a friend of mine about how the dough is what separated you guys from other pre made cookies. The moment I saw the new recipe package though I knew it was goin to be the end. You can not improve on the best. I was willing to give it a try though. It was worst than I thought . Please go back to your old recipe or your going to keep losing customers

Good try, but you cannot improve on the original. The taste is off-putting, not just different. Many memories were made in my growing up AND my girls with this roll of refrigerated greatness. One of my favorite things, which had become standard operating procedure in this house is when the dough got home was the squishy end was cut off and split with whomever was in the room. Yes, raw. I live dangerously when there is cookie dough to be had. Correction, Pillsbury's recipe. The old one. Ugh, with this new taste, I am not even tempted anymore. Please go back. Or at least offer both. 

Choc chip cookie dough. I used to buy the old version ALL THE TIME. Now i never buy it.  It’s awful. PLEASE go back to the old recipe for the cookies in the Refrigerated roll. They were AWESOME and no other  brand can  compete. Even if you price  it higher.  People would buy because the old recipe was delicious. Please consider! 

This was my wife and my favorite post dinner treat. Specifically the big 12 count pre cut edition of the dough. I had it down to a science. The cookies tasted great. It was perfect and we bought and ate way too much for our own good. I immediately could tell a difference. It’s not that the new dough is gross, per se. But it isn’t nearly as gooey and sweet. I don’t personally care about the new healthier ingredients. If I wanted a healthy snack I would eat spinach. To add onto the disappointing taste, the new recipe does not break off in its correctly portioned chunks leading to uneven cooking degrees. This is a classic case of “fixing” something that isn’t broken. We used to buy these cookies en made, but we won’t be buying anymore until the old recipe returns. I could care less about getting $5 back. They will loose much more of my money by sticking with this recipe.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cookies were delicious and easy to make. The directions said to place dough squares two inches apart but they really needed to be further apart to keep them from running together. I would buy them again.

The last couple of times I purchased these, I noticed a big difference in quality and taste and not for the better. Now, they taste more molassses-y and chemical-y and like cheaper ingredients and fillers are being used. I couldn’t understand why I didn’t like them anymore because they have been my go to chocolate chip cookie for years and years and always delicious! Well, then I read online that you changed the ingredients recently. No wonder I noticed such a difference! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE I am begging you to go back to the ingredients before this most recent change! I would be willing to pay more if that is what it would take. Otherwise, I won’t be able to get these anymore and that will be very sad!!! 

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great time saver verses making homemade. I made mine in the air fryer. They came out with browned edges and a soft center. You can cook longer to get a crispy cookie. I froze half for later. They freeze perfectly.
