I am quite disappointed in this new cookie dough. I absolutely LOVE the chocolate chip cookie dough so I was excited when this new recipe came out.......... Then to my surprise YUCK. So now that's it for me and this cookie dough. You guys should change the recipe back. 

I quit buying these after 50. years!  These were my favorite guilty pleasure but not any longer. I ate some of these and threw the rest of the batch out. My husband went on line and discovered the recipe had been charged. Why would you change something that’s been a hit since I was a child? Other than to make them more cheaply, I can’t think of a single reason.You just lost a customer who bought at least one large refrigerator cookie per week. I’ve only checked one star because you require it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I over cooked the first batch of this dough and made hard cookies but the second batch was delicious! Every oven is different but 12 minutes was too long for mine. My kiddos like the raw cookie dough which was nice to let them have a bite of. Would definitely buy again!

I made these for my sisters as a treat and they refused to eat them. My sugar-loving 8 year old sisters hated these cookies. I followed the instructions and the cookies seemed normal when I took them out of the oven but about ten minutes later they were as hard as rocks and crumbled to pieces when you bit into them. They taste horrible as well. I don’t recommend these and neither do my sisters. All of the cookie/brownie products are like this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The baking of the cookies was done by my granddaughter. She loves baking and wanted to contribute to our annual Mothers Day gathering. The cookies were great and when a 12 year old serves them up its even more special. The cookies looked good, tasted good, and Mt granddaughter felt good about her contribution in honoring mother, grandmother, sister, and cousins.

Well THAT was a DISAPPOINTMENT. My wife and I thought we got a spoiled batch until we went back and reread the packaging and caught the new recipe exclamation: Love it or it's Free....Well, thank god for that, because those cookies are GARBAGE. I stabbed my foot and had my whole cabinet come crashing down on me just to get these stale breadcrumb tasting cookies. I mean I get wanting to answer the call for your customers who want healthy alternatives, but how about making a healthy alternative IN ADDITION to keeping the original recipe that everyone loves?! I'm so sad right now. I don't want to buy Tollhouse :(

My family has a recipe where we use cookie dough has a base for our brownies, it’s delicious. I would definitely recommend it. It seems like the edges of the brownies were softer with this dough.

I made the “new recipe” cookies last night. When I would make the “old recipe”,the cookies would disappear before I even had a chance to start the second batch...not so with the new ones!  My kids hated them, I hated them and for being a more “natural” recipe, they tasted bland - but more chemically than any other cookie that I have eaten.  They also left a weird film taste in my mouth!  Sorry but you lost a customer w/4 cookie loving kids...and if the kids refused to eat them leave a plateful, then you know they MUST be bad!! Would give 0 stars if I could

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even though I make my own homemade cookies. This are so good. I love them. And I like to eat the cookie dough as well before baking. They bake perfectly in 10 minutes. My family ask me to make them after dinner each night!
