[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are very delicious cookies. They bake up soft , moist but with just a crust crunch. I which the calories could be reduced so you could eat more than 1-3 at a time :-) But they are for the grandkids!!! RIGHT?? Well mostly. Way to go Pillsbury

I don't usually use packaged cookies. I usually make my own form a recipe on a chocolate bits package. I don't know what the "old recipe" for these cookies tasted like so I can't judge. However, I don't know what the fuss is. The old recipe must have been the best cookies on earth because I found this recipe to be satisfactory.

My family and I have been a fan of Pillsbury for many years. Especially their cookies as special treats. I was genuinely very excited to see this new recipe being offered, as we generally tend to buy items that are only all national and/or organic. Unfortunately these cookies were BY FAR sub-par! The dough texture was like sand, they left a horrible and weird aftertaste, and they were hard as rocks a few minutes after baking. We will NOT be buying these again. There are currently many all natural and/or organic cookie options out there that are MUCH better than these. Hopefully Pillsbury can get this recipe right since they are such an amazing brand.

Why change a good thing? I loved these cookies since I was a child but now they are gross. The flavor is different and my whole family won't eat it now because they don't like it. If I could give 0 stars I would. So disappointed with the product and the company. Please bring back the original!

Horrible! Why in the world would you change the classic recipe? To save people from eating the raw dough? I cannot understand this decision. They aren't better tasting, and no matter how many times you say it in your responses, it's not true. They smell, taste, feel and look different. So different that you could make it a different cookie product. Have the new one for goofy people who don't like great tasting cookies, and the classic for people that didn't want anything changed. If I could give it negative stars, I would. I don't leave reviews for hardly anything.

These cookies are really good. I like them way better than the flavor of store-bought chocolate chip cookies. Chocolate chip cookies can be a little tricky when it comes to flavor, it's either get it right or get it wrong. I feel like this is right. I have been eating Pillsbury C Chip cookies every friday night for the last 10 years.  My one time a week I eat junk.  Me and my little boy have been eating them together for the last 2 years, kind of a tradition.  This new recipe is awful.  I have bought a few of the old batches that I am savoring, but when they are gone, I will sadly be switching to Nestle.  I don't like Nestle as much as original Pillsbury recipe, but it's definitely better than this new recipe. Hoping the ratings an loss of business forces the original rececipe back, but I doubt it.  Nice job of messing something up that was already perfect, Pillsbury.  Couldn't leave well-enough alone.  

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pillsbury Ready to Bake Chocolate Chip cookies taste fairly good and are extremely convenient for families on the go (like mine). Not the best-tasting version of their chocolate chip cookies, but when you are in a hurry, these are great to have on hand.

Some days are just too stressful to even cook the dough. I love the cookies and how easy they are to make with this dough. My daughter can just cut them, put them on the tray, and pop them in the oven. I also like to cut it up into pieces and add it to cookie dough ice cream for some extra love.
