Easy features

It’s a Buun

This is a first class coffee brewer...I use it at home and it far surpasses any other heavy duty/commercial coffee maker...

EXCELLENT COFFEE BREWER!

This is a great coffee maker but mine developed a leak after about four years of use. There is no place that will fix it in my community so I am forced to buy a new one. Other than that I really love this coffee maker.

Good deal but not long lasting

We got this because it didn't need a water hook up.  Problem is it has to keep water in it or be dumped out. Then process to start over has yet to brew a good pot of coffee.

Few kinks

This is the second one I’ve owned.  The first one lasted more than 20 years!  Love the ability to have hot water for tea and coffee at same time.  Also great for entertaining!

Can’t beat the longevity!

Bunn coffee pots are awesome. But this one was not. It had a heating element issue. Replaced it with another. No problems.  Sams return procedure was so easy and simple that I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase thru mail order from them again!!!

Refunded and repurchased

This commercial coffee brewer was way overdue for our office!  We have been using the regular home brewing pots for years and were happy when our last one died so we could make the purchase for a larger brewing system.  The Bunn is easy to use, easy to clean, and makes a great pot of coffee in minutes.  We chose this model because we did not want to hire a plumber to run a waterline that is necessary on other models.  It is really not an inconvenience filling with water because it is placed by our sink.  The coffee stays nice and hot throughout the entire day.  The only thing I wish it had was a timer to cut it off after hours so I did not have to try to remember to cut off the warmer every evening when we close for business. I highly recommend for an small to medium office.  A large office or business would need one with multiple warmers to keep up with the demand/volume of coffee drinkers.  We are an office of 27 and it is perfect for us.
