This commercial coffee brewer was way overdue for our office! We have been using the regular home brewing pots for years and were happy when our last one died so we could make the purchase for a larger brewing system. The Bunn is easy to use, easy to clean, and makes a great pot of coffee in minutes. We chose this model because we did not want to hire a plumber to run a waterline that is necessary on other models. It is really not an inconvenience filling with water because it is placed by our sink. The coffee stays nice and hot throughout the entire day. The only thing I wish it had was a timer to cut it off after hours so I did not have to try to remember to cut off the warmer every evening when we close for business. I highly recommend for an small to medium office. A large office or business would need one with multiple warmers to keep up with the demand/volume of coffee drinkers. We are an office of 27 and it is perfect for us.

I'm a heavy coffee drinker and I've had two of the smaller $100 Bunn 10 cup home model coffee makers in the last 25+ years. They performed extremely well. I didn't clean them with white vinegar or run the spring through them as I should have.. yet they each performed for many years without issues. So when the last one started leaking this week, I shopped around for another Bunn and saw that Sam's Club had their commercial 12 cup Bunn model on a special $60 discount for only $199. I jumped all over it. Brought the unit home, set it up with a decanter under the funnel, poured in 3 pitchers of distilled water to fill the reservoir before plugging it in as directed... about a 1/2 pot of water will drain out... kind of flushes the system. Then plugged it in. It takes about 20 minutes for the water to reach correct temperature. Then added a filer and grounds. It made a 1/2 gallon / 12 cup pot of perfect coffee in just a hair over 2 1/2 minutes. I couldn't be more satisfied. You don't have to use distilled water, but it will help keep down the mineral build-up and the coffee tastes pretty darn good. 2 year parts / 1 year labor warranty. Came with 2 pots. A package of filters, a spring for cleaning and a envelope with instructions. There is no dedicated power off switch as this is a commercial unit designed for regular heavy use. I have mine plugged into a heavy duty power strip and if I'm gonna be out of town, I will flip off the switch on the power strip. Otherwise, just unplug it if you are gonna be away for several days... as some water will evaporate. I am very satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend it.

Our office coffee brewer was from the 1960's (no kidding)! So it lasted a good long time, had been 'repaired' a few times...but alas, it was time to purchase a NEW one! This BUNN coffee brewer has been wonderful! I foresee it having a long life also and it's been keeping 35 engineers java happy!

Bought this for our office and it's perfect. Best price I could find and just right for our office. I you want a pour over Bunn, don't have a huge office, this should work great for you. Our previous Bunn lasted 20 years, so I'm sure this one will out last me!

Bunn makes outstanding products an got delivered sooner that expected

This replaced a similar, and nearly 25 year old similar pot (which still works, by the way). So far, very happy with it! Can’t know yet if it will last as long as its faithful predecessor, but all is great so far.

This coffee maker was purchased as a replacement to a leaky one in our office break room. It is fool-proof, which is important when there are multiple people making coffee throughout the day. The only feature we miss is not being able to dispense hot water for tea, cocoa, etc. from an optional tap. Our old leaky coffee maker had everyone spoiled.

We own TWO Bunn coffeemakers - presumably identical to the one we purchased last month. But when we brought the new one home, we found it to emit a burning plastic smell (which has decreased A LITTLE over the last month), AND it is EXTREMELY LOUD when it heats water. It sounds like a rolling boil in an echo chamber, and there's no apparent way to fix it. Seriously considering taking it back, but not sure if this is the new standard? Very disappointed. Would have given it one star because it is so irritating, but it does make good coffee and keeps it warm. Just wish Bunn hadn't made changes to make having their product in my kitchen "unpleasant". :/

Bunn coffee pots are awesome. But this one was not. It had a heating element issue. Replaced it with another. No problems. Sams return procedure was so easy and simple that I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase thru mail order from them again!!!

We bought this in May for our church. We run 4 pots of water and 11 pots of coffee each week - we have to clean it with vinegar every 2 weeks to get it to run. Sam's said it cannot be returned because it's longer than 90 days. Very disappointing that the Bunn company says our water is too hard. We have had these machines that have lasted for YEARS with only cleaning about every 3 months. Response from service was you have hard water and just need to clean it often. I'm sorry, descaling every 2 weeks - that is a waste of time. He said the machine is a little different design than the old one. I am extremely frustrated with this whole situation.
