This replaced a similar, and nearly 25 year old similar pot (which still works, by the way). So far, very happy with it! Can’t know yet if it will last as long as its faithful predecessor, but all is great so far.

I had one of these a few years back but it left when it's official owner left. Sam's had the best price by $75 so I figured I'd better get it before the price started going up. For newbies- you do have to know how to work it-it is not at all like home coffee pots. Read the instructions carefully.

Just installed this pour-over model and it works beautifully. Being able to make multiple pots of coffee for coffee drinkers is great! I did buy the larger sized filters and they work fine; however, be careful loading the coffee to keep grounds from boiling over the top of the filter and getting into the decanter. Coffee is HOT and yummy!!

I purchased the 12 Bunn Coffeemaker with two burners for my Church. This makes providing coffee for a large group of people quick and easy. This coffeemaker takes only 3 minutes to have 12 cups of coffee piping hot and delicious! I would recommend this product for any large group.

We are a little disappointed. If you don't brew for awhile, it leaks out water. So when you go to brew again you only get a half pot of coffee and all your grounds are yucked, because it was leaking into the filter area. I guess for the money we paid it is okay, but I wouldn't buy another one.

Water leaking out of bottom of unit when first time filling. Called Bunn and said maybe filling too fast. Did not correct problem. Took reservoir lid off and found the plastic ( probably silicon) washer between reservoir missing. Called Bunn and reported the defect. New one sent and I installed- problem solved.

This is the third Bunn coffee brewer we have had. It's the second commercial one. We are both coffee drinkers and have really enjoyed having two pots. We can heat water in one for family members who drink instant coffee or hot tea; or make a pot of decaf coffee in one for our friends who prefer decaf. We wouldn't be without it!!

We had one of these in our office kitchen for 16 years. It made 4 pots of coffee 5 days a week until it finally sprung a leak. I bought this one to replace it and it is virtually identical. Very few products are made with this level of quality. I recommend it highly.

This is my second bunn pourover, the first lastest 23 years. This is a great machine, very reliable and easy to use. Had to use a mr coffee until the new one arrived and it took what seems like forever to get a pot or coffee. Installed new one filled the tank, plugged it in. Next morning I had full pot inundrr 3 minutes.

These coffee makers are very bad at boiling over and shorting out the wiring, I'v ordered many with the double warmers on the bottom and one warmer on the top. They burn up quickly. I think the company needs to rethink how these are designed. They are an expensive item for our club.
