Bought this for the Church. We use it a lot. is efficient, works well and easy to use, caution to leave the flap on the top closed at all times or the water will evaporate and burn out the elements inside. Outside of that I love this machine.

Great Coffee maker. We use for our office of 10 staff members and make several pots a day. We had this model before and liked it so much we purchased another one.

We bought one two years ago, still working great. Opened up a new office, the guys took the old one. So I'm happy getting a new one. Just wish Sam's stocked it in store.

We had a large gathering over Thanksgiving and this Bunn coffee maker kept us all I a hot cup of perfectly brewed coffee. It will get another marathon workout over Christmas. This is a priceless coffee maker!

This was a disappointment for me. The coffeemaker did not work right out of the box. The water leaked and never made it to the nozzle over the coffee pot to make coffee. Water ran all over the counter and the only way to empty the reservoir was to wait for it to cool down and tip it over. There was no on and off switch so to turn it off you had to unplug it, which would have been enough of a reason for me to return.
