This was purchase by a group of Retired men who get together every morning at 6:00 AM. They needed a new coffee maker. I suggested this Bun They was all about it. I set it up for them they can't say enough good things about it. Now they have hot coffee!  Everyone is happy!

Mine leaked and wasn’t sealed from the very beginning. Where the water reservoir is around the top it leaked steam and water. We tried sealing that seem with silicon that’s what resistant and it worked for a bit now it just bubbles water out sometimes.

Works so fast. Love it and it’s in a residential home. Using for coffee and to make pitchers of iced tea

Awesome coffee machine!

This is our 4th coffee pot purchase for our high school/concession areas. We have been very happy with the all the products!

Very happy with this purchase.

The unit didn't brew hot coffee.  It was lukewarm and tasted awful, as a result.  Took it back to the store.

Bunn coffee pots are awesome. But this one was not. It had a heating element issue. Replaced it with another. No problems.  Sams return procedure was so easy and simple that I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase thru mail order from them again!!!

This commercial coffee brewer was way overdue for our office!  We have been using the regular home brewing pots for years and were happy when our last one died so we could make the purchase for a larger brewing system.  The Bunn is easy to use, easy to clean, and makes a great pot of coffee in minutes.  We chose this model because we did not want to hire a plumber to run a waterline that is necessary on other models.  It is really not an inconvenience filling with water because it is placed by our sink.  The coffee stays nice and hot throughout the entire day.  The only thing I wish it had was a timer to cut it off after hours so I did not have to try to remember to cut off the warmer every evening when we close for business. I highly recommend for an small to medium office.  A large office or business would need one with multiple warmers to keep up with the demand/volume of coffee drinkers.  We are an office of 27 and it is perfect for us.
