The battery/ tire crew were very knowledgeable,helpful and efficient, they also put air in tires that were showing low pressure.im glad I made an appointment they were very busy and a walk in customer would have a long wait for service. Car starts great in michigan sub zero weather

I try to buy made in the USA products and for that reason I usually buy Deka batteries. But it became clear on Sam’s Club website that Deka makes these Duracell batteries. And they were cheaper than Deka which means something since I needed 2 for my diesel GMC.

I bought the same battery for my truck anc have been totally pleased with it. There was no thought when my wife needed one for her car.

I purchased this online, it was ready for pickup same day, I wasn't able to get it that day but picked it up the following day and it has been perfect!

Two months ago my Sam’s battery went bad in my Chevy suburban and it only lasted 10 years and six months. Today the battery went bad in my wife’s Chevy equinox and it lasted almost 6 years. I’ve been pleased with Sam‘s batteries for our cars for 30 some years cannot beat the price for the quality of battery.

The technician did not install the battery properly; there is a black plastic box where the battery sits in my 2010 VW Golf. When I went home and discovered that the plastic box was not put in right and the cover did not even latch, I was very disappointed. I purchased at least 5 batteries from Sams Club for this car since was new and they always installed it properly except this time. I went back the next day and the guy was not there, luckily someone else put it back right for me.

Would not install the new battery because some devise was on the stop of the new install. This battery was a replacement that installed three years ago. The new manager was rude . I went across the street to AutoZone and had know problem. Did have to pay about $70 for the new battery. Sam’s Club was know advantage for me what is the membership for?

This is the replacement for the original battery purchased (original lasted 1 1/2 yrs) this battery lasted less than 8 months. Brought back for warranty, was told it was 'bad' - frozen because we didnt drive car for 2 days (we live in Michigan, it gets cold here) %26 that Sams Club doesnt warranty a frozen battery. The person working @ the counter did push thru the warranty for another replacement for us , which we are greatful for. Would not recommend buying these batteries from Sams Club

I bought this battery less than two years ago and even though it's a 36 month battery, it's already completely dead. My local club could not do anything until tomorrow, so I'll see then how good their warranty is. I purchased this one because I thought Duracell was a good brand. I wish I would have read some of the reviews before I bought this because I would have spent a little more for a better battery. The customer service is also bad. I couldn't talk to anyone at the local club and was rerouted to a foreign call center and could barely understand the representative.
