First off Member's Mark Mini Nicotine Lozenges in cherry flavor taste great and supply your body with 4mg of nicotine, which helps diminish cravings and makes it so much easier to not want that next cigarette. I haven't successfully quit as of today but I have significantly tapered down and see how Member's Mark Mini Nicotine Lozenges really do help me in keeping that next cigarette in the pack. The lozenges are much better! They have a nice minty taste, are easy to carry in the small vials containers. It's easy to just "pop one in". This is gonna be a pretty long review because I really want to describe my experience with this product as well as possible. 1st of all I was expecting them to taste awful, and they actually have a decent cherry taste, but they're also quite peppery and I got a sensation in my mouth like I blew out a match and laid it on my tongue while it was still warm and it was quite unpleasant. After having the lozenge in my mouth for a minute it really started dissolving and the liquid from that happening was very substantial. As it pooled up in my mouth I immediately got the urge to swallow it but that is a big no no. The directions say to swallow as little as possible but you're also not supposed to spit it out, so it's really quite the conundrum and I ended up basically being forced to swallow it out of a lack of any other choice. A few seconds after I did my throat actually swelled up quite a bit and it was pretty alarming, really. But I kept with it and let it dissolve completely and the burning and tingling and throat swelling sensation slowly went away thank goodness. I was concerned there for a minute, lol. Afterwards my mouth was super, super, dry. About 20 minutes after taking the lozenge I really did feel quite a bit of relief from the nicotine cravings I had been having. I had forced myself to go without smoking for several hours before I took it and I have been smoking at least a pack of cigarettes a day since I was about 12 and I'm 42 now so I was experiencing a whole lot of irritation, difficulty concentrating, restlessness, and anxiety. It was such a good feeling for those things to kinda go away that the bad experience I had of actually taking the lozenge was worth it. I've been sticking with it and taking several of them a day for a little over 2 months and I amazingly haven't smoked not even one cigarette, that's how effective these things are. I decided to try the nicotine lozenges because the gum gave me the worst hiccups that never stopped. The lozenges are pretty good. They are cherry ice so it was an odd Flavor to me but it absolutely did the job and helped remarkably well,fast, too

These are the cherry ice flavor which is not bad tasting. you take on lozenge every one to two hours . Give it time to work may take days or weeks.
