The taste is minty and bearable. It does help my cravings, and definitely helps me cut back. I will buying and using these a lot more. I cant wait to quit! It will be a slow process though.

The lozenges are much better! They have a nice minty taste, are easy to carry in the small vials containers. It's easy to just "pop one in". I would recommend them to anyone looking for this type of product.

The Cherry Ice flavor is different than the usual mint ones, and the size was small instead of huge. Not really a fan of cherry, but I at least have a choice of mint or cherry. I prefer lozenges over gums. I think these will help some in their quest to kick the smoking habit, just have to pick the flavor you can live with. I'd recommend them for those that want to try.

I have used these daily for the past two weeks, and I must say I am am quite impressed. The flavor is extremely strong, it’s like I ate a menthol cigarette x’s 5. The nicotine is very strong in these lozenges. Honestly I’m m not sure I’d be able to quit smoking by using these. The taste is just too overwhelming for me. Fire to say to improve your chances of quitting, that you should use at least 9 lozenges a day! Whoa! Way too much for me. I’d possibly opt for the lower mg maybe. Not quite sure. Either way, to each their own. Maybe if the flavor improved, I’d change my view on these. These are just simply not my jam.

Perfect size, great mint taste and always curbs those nicotine cravings. Being on the keto diet, I was happy to see these are now sweetened with sucralose which does not spike blood sugar. (like most, these were previously sweetened with maltitol) I highly recommend these to quickly curb those cravings. Superb product!

But for me it was a no go I let life get in the way of quiting. I will use them again when I make up my mind to do it
