Flavoring is ok, I love mint but these for me were on the stronger side, which I think is why they’ve been helping this go around. I recommended these to my mom. So far so good!

The box contains 8 pocket-sized tubes with cherry ice flavored lozenges containing 4mg of nicotine each. They're very effective for a 10 year smoker of Newports on cutting down my cravings especially when I'm in environments (school, hospital, airport) or on jobs that do no permit smoking in any way.

The taste wasn’t bad and they were easy to remember because they were pretty delicious but I did not feel as though they were very effective. I will now continue my journey to quitting smoking .

As someone who has tried and failed to quit smoking numerous times in their life, the lozenges are definitely a favorable way to go about assisting the quitting process. The water bottle was an awesome perk as well because I have found I drink more water using this. I am going to continue to use this product and I hope it assists me in finally being successful in quitting the worst and hardest habit I've ever had to quit. I liked the packaging that they were in and they were easily accessible for me. If i had to complain about one thing it would have to be the after taste. When you first taste it it is a minty taste bit after a little bit the after taate wasn't the best. Overall i would reccommend this. It is a wonderful aide.
