They are small, and can easily and comfortably be moved from the tongue to the cheek. They are very discreet, no one will know you are even using them. The lozenges definitely reduced my urge to smoke and they kept that urge under control even after the lozenge had dissolved. As I continued to use these lozenges I found that each day I was thinking less about smoking as my desire to smoke reduced. They fit easily in my pocket and/or purse. I never had any issues with the tube opening inside my purse and making a mess. I feel they would be better if they had more of a minty flavor but they weren't bad. They took about 25 minutes to dissolve but I felt my craving recede much quicker than that.
