He's a Construction Superintendent n it goes hand in hand with these guys, no judgement, it could be worse habits! He's tried the patches & gum n both make him stomach sick. These Lozenges were a hit with 0 stomach irritation. In 8 mini quie tube containers they easily fit in his pocket or vest on the jobsites. A nice refreshing cherry ice flavor over the usual mint kind. A total of 216 Lozenges in the entire package, holding 27 Lozenges in the tubes. He was so excited that they took away his mid day & evening craving for a smoke.

The thing I did not like, was that it did not get rid of my cravings. I will say, it did seem to be not as intense.. but I still couldn't go without.

This box has 8 mini tubes which make these very portable and discreet. Each tube has 27 lozenges for a total of 216. If you need something to stop the cravings, these work and they work fast.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] (Reviewing on behalf of my husband) He is starting out slowly with the lozenges, mainly taking one in the morning when he wakes up when he normally would have a cigarette and a cup of coffee. You cannot drink anything 15 minutes prior to taking a lozenge or while it is in your mouth so he has had to adjust his morning routine a bit. The flavor is good but they are definitely tingly and he has to keep the lozenge constantly moving while it's in his mouth. He is planning to slowly increase the number of lozenges he takes per day. The packaging is great--separate smaller containers for easy transport.

They are small and come in a convenient travel size bottle so I can easily keep one in my purse! Another plus is they don’t taste bad, which helps because you have to keep them in your mouth until they dissolve. Now to continue for the next 12 weeks, hopefully by the end I won’t even have the urge anymore!
