[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now that ive tried the Member's Mark nicotine lozenges in both mint and cherry, i have to say the cherry is my favorite. After trying so long to stop smoking i think i may have finally done it this time. They help me not need a cigarette as often where as i used to chain smoke back to back when i was bored. Now when i pop one of those lozenges in my mouth, it takes the urge away a bit.

Trying to quit has always been a challenge but with these member's mark mini lozenges it has become much more simple and significantly easier than patches or gum. Would definitely recommend!

The minis are small and don't draw undue attention. This package contains eight little canister bottles of twenty-seven lozenges each. So convenient to toss into your bag, briefcase, or pocket to always have them handy.

Smoking is more of a mental thing for me. I could go a few days without smoking but then my anxiety kicks in and I make up for lost time. They don’t taste terrible but not something I would just suck on if it didn’t have benefits to it. It didn’t do anything for my cravings when my anxiety was high and I didn’t need them when it wasn’t. I know there are higher doses and maybe this was just too low for me
