I feel like I can discreetly have one in my mouth without everyone knowing. Plus they're easy to take with you. I have been having less cravings to smoke. I love mint flavor and these are basically like eating candy. Right now using I'm using the 4mg. and hope to be lowering the 2mg. soon. Hoping for the best!

You get 8 mini bottles with mini size lozenges. They are nice minty floavor that isnt too over powering. I love that these wre helping me to stop smoking and stopping my urge to.
