He didn’t crave a cigarette as much when we would go out together either. Definitely a product I recommend to smokers who are struggling to quit!

The lozenge is great for having something to do with your mouth. It helps as part of a system to quit (I need lots of support as well).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to stop smoking, so I gave these Mini Nicotine Lozenges a try.They are mint flavor that is not to bad of taste.Being a heavy smoker, 1 1/2 packs a day, I was doing 1 lozenge every 2 hrs for the first 2 days.On my 3rd day I did a l total lozenges 5. Yes,the urge is still there,but you have to have the will power to quit.Going on 2 weeks and I have not had a cigarette. Still doing a lozenge,but far in between. I recommend that if you have the will power and the Nicotine Lozenges you can also do it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Member's Mark 4mg Nicotine Mini Lozenges, Mint Flavor is good for temporary, short term nicotine cravings. But for the long haul 4mg was not enough for me, and I found the mint flavor of the lozenge too medicinal tasting and not soothing or calming. It was kind of harsh and the aftertaste was not palatable. I'd tolerate it if the lozenge had provided better relief, but in the end it wasn't worth it. I guess I just prefer gum over a lozenge but either way this just wasn't the answer for me.

Its probably not as sophisticated as some of the new sprays and patches, but for me it is super functional. I like the smaller size because it has less fillers and more of the base ingredient - the nicotine. If you're trying to quit smoking it is a great option. Perfect for places such as offices, airplanes etc. The perfect amount of flavor. Does not leave any after taste. This has really helped me to reduce my smoking during the process of quitting. You will be amazed at how it curbs cravings.

They do work as a stop smoking aid but as anyone knows it’s very hard. For me I’m taking it slow. Baby steps. And trying hard. I do find myself sneaking though but I get better as time goes on. It does fill the nicotine urge but I have other addictions with smoking that’s still a whole other world such as hand to mouth. That’s the hard thing and I’m used to it. These are 4 mg so if you smoke with in the first 30 of waking up you’ll want this mg. Plus it comes with plenty to last. They still taste fresh.

I do love the discreet bottle. its so small and you can take it anywhere. it literally looks like a tiny Tylenol bottle so no explaining to your friends or kids what it is. it easily fits into your purse or glove compartment as well,
