I found myself craving cigarettes less although I still continued to smoke some. I really liked the size of the lozenges and they taste good. I do think with the right mindset and continous use of the lozenges it could really help you quit smoking.

Only downside is they are so small they don’t last long. For someone who places a zin pouch between their check and gums, this product does not give the same feeling as having something there like a nicotine gum would give. It’s is great product if you are into mints, the size is just a downfall. The product does come in smaller containers that are easy to carry around with you which is a plus.

I recently changed jobs and there is no smoking anywhere on campus. I was nervous how I’d react, but I’ve been wanting to quit anyways. I thought it’s great that I’ll not have the opportunity and it’s help but there are some afternoons it feels like torture and I’ll say being able to have this lozenge has significantly helped me from thinking about it and getting back to being productive! The Cherry Ice flavor is very good, compared to the flavor of some other quit-smoking products. There is a bit of a "bite" to the after-taste, but it's reasonable.

It's discreet it tastes great and it helps curb the Cravings of nicotine. The container is also very small so it's very portable so you can take it anywhere you want. The lozenge is great for having something to do with your mouth. It helps as part of a system to quit (I need lots of support as well).
