These only taste like mint for a split second and then it's like straight up strong tobacco taste. It turns my stomach every time and instantly gives me a heartburn feeling. I found the mint flavor in this one was exceptionally strong at first. After using several times the mint flavor becomes not so strong and overpowering. Does work in removing most of the cravings for the cigarette.
