He hasn't had any major urges unless it's early in the morning when he wakes up for work but otherwise through out the day he just pops one of these and he is somewhat content

I wasn’t sure that this lozenge would do the trick based on previous experiences with lozenges. I smoke about a half a pack a day and I’ve noticed since starting these, I’m down to less than 5 a day!! That is a HUGE improvement for me! My biggest “complaint” is the flavor. I do wish there were other flavor options or that these tasted a little less intense. I would still highly recommend these because I can deal with the flavor as long as it continues to work and keeps me from smoking. It’s also affordable — especially compared to how much I spend on cigs. And the water bottle was a nice bonus! This might be my favorite box ever if it actually gets me to stop smoking completely! The flavor was not as bad as I thought it would be either. I successfully quit smoking and these were a integral part in helping me do that.

When my spouse quit, she preferred the larger lozenges, but I like the smaller ones since the bottle fits conveniently in my pocket and the smaller size is more comfortable in my mouth. I actually prefer the cherry to the mint that I used for the first step before dropping down to the 2 mg.

I’m not a smoker of that sort… I occasionally smoke on the weekends if i’m out with friends/family having a glass of wine or two. This product is better suited for the everyday smoker. : )

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first experience with this brand but I am impressed. I have been using these 4 mg lozenges for a couple of weeks now. I use them a couple of times a day. I have been using them to help me quit smoking and they have been working well. They help me have less cravings. They have a minty taste which is nice. They dissolve easily under my tongue. I like that each tube contains 27 lozenges because each tube lasts me a while. I also really like the mini lozenges. They are a good size and dissolve much more easily under the tongue.

The flavor is decent and they do not have a bad after taste. They seem to help curb the need for a smoke for several hours.
