They didn't taste all of that good, was cherry flavored but I could still taste the chemicals in them. They do work because every time I craved a cigarette, I would pop a lozenges in my mouth and within about 3-5 min's, I was good!

They can definitely help reduce cravings and ultimately cut back up to wedding the use of other tobacco products. They are not going to work without the willpower and effort needed to quit however someone who has the willpower to wet with the use of this product will succeed.

I take one when I wake up to change my usual habit of lighting up first thing in the morning. So far, I have cut my smoking by half and it has only been 3 weeks. I know from my research that this is a very effective aid in helping people kick the habit, My friend is happy with the product and the flavor and even though it is too early to say if this will ultimately work, having this new aid is giving my friend renewed motivation to quit and that is half the battle
