And they didn’t taste bad I like the cherry ice flavor

The small container makes it really easy to take along, they fit in my pocket nicely. I find that if I take them when I experience a craving, they do a great job at curbing that craving. It's honestly got a good flavor and not a bad after taste like some other brands I've tried. As far as helping the actual smoking cessation, the 2mg would be great for someone who has been a little further along in the quiting process then myself. Overall great product.
