This honey has great flavor, but is very thin consistency. I don't know why that is. If you're looking for a full bodied thick honey, this isn't it. If you're looking for a great tasting honey, this is the one!

Pretty good but a little mild not much bouquet . To me sort missing something. I usually buy the Florida Local Hive Honey but I tried the Texas honey this time . I think the Florida Honey is much better.

It's sweet and not too thick.

I bought this product April 23, 2023. Today's date is 7/17/2023. In this short of time the product turned to sugar. This product had to be old for this honey to turn to sugar this fast.

Not as thick as you would expect of real honey. Makes we weary of this one.
