This is a good, wildflower honey for daily use or for making mead. I've made a lot of mead with this product.

It's a little on the thick side, difficult to get out. The top of the bottle had a thick crust of dried honey. Otherwise, the honey seemed okay.

The honey is delicious. Our only complaint is that the hole in the top is too big, causing it to come out too quickly.
