I like the convenience of grabbing a box of 4 lbs of the unsalted butter. It’s a good choice for making a decent batch of ghee/ clarified butter.

I'd give this butter 5 stars if it was in quarters instead of one pound blocks. Great flavor, just not as convenient as quarter pound sticks

I love this butter I use it when I do my seafood sauce and it is so convenient than having to open the sticks one by one
