One WHOLE pound of butter ~ I thought it was divided into quarters!! It is a pain to have to cut off Tablespoons when using for a recipe!! Will NOT purchase again!

When cooking, I don't need the extra hassle of opening a stick of butter. Also, I do not like to work with the paper on a partial stick of butter. After a while, I know how much to cut off for the recipe. Also, I use a scale for measurements of ingredients.

These are packaged as 4 one pound blocks of butter. They are not individually wrapped sticks of butter. Now, the package does state 4 butter solids. Of course I did not notice that until after I made the purchase and came home. I opened the box to date the 4 one pound boxes inside to find that they are just the 4 one pound solid blocks. This packaging just isn’t as useful for the everyday butter user. If I had a commercial kitchen, I would love it! Especially since it was cheaper than what the app displayed for butter pricing.

I use this unsalted butter for baking. My only complaint is the measurement markings: it can be difficult to get the right amount based on how and where they’ve laid them out — this is a larger cube than the more traditional butter cuts we have in Western US.

I love the size full pound I wish you would bring back the salted in the full pound
