I wish it worked better than the others since this one is cheaper but that is the reason why its cheaper because it is not as good.

You would think that softener salt was all the same. Not in my opinion. This salt is a lot cleaner than other brands.

Was recommended by my service tech. Crystals over pellets because the pellets have a higher chance of sticking and clumping.

i prefer the crystals in my softener, and these have the best price. plus, it's Morton.
