[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used Scotch Sure Start Shipping Packaging Tape recently for the first time to send a package to a friend. With other brands that I've used in the past, the package has arrived in fairly good condition but the tape I had used to hold the label on had come off or bled in the rainy weather, and on some occasions the package had been returned to me because it had come open during shipping. I didn't have any of those issues this time when I used Scotch Sure Start Shipping Packaging Tape! The label stayed attached and withstood rain water, the contents were intact and the box did not come untapped! Also starting this roll of tape was easier than other kinds. This one didn't rip and come off in small pieces or strips, which can be incredibly annoying. Definitely going to be stepping my packaging tape game up with more Scotch Sure Start Shipping Packaging Tape!

The dispenser is easy to use and cuts the tape with ease. I sometimes will squeeze a tape dispenser so that the tape does not roll. However, this dispenser is designed where that does not happen. The tape rolls effortlessly. Well done 3M!

THANKFULLY I didn't have any issues with my Scotch brand tape. It was smooth and effortless which was nice. I have other things to worry about than my tape. So thanks! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mail a lot of packages and after several disasters, Scotch is the ONLY tape that I buy. The regular shipping is good for most mail. The Heavy Duty is good for very large or very heavy packages. It doesn't wrinkle, it sticks tight, is easy to cut on the cutter and has just the right tension to control the tape. I love Scotch and will never again try a "cheaper" brand!

It is thicker than other tape I have used so it should hold up well during shipping. I like that the dispenser can be refilled. I also like that it is made in the USA. I would buy it again the next time I need more tape.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really hate it when you grab tape and you can't start it. It's frustrating trying to find the end, but this tape was easy to use and start. I was given this sample for free, for my review.I would definitely purchase this product when I need it.

I work remotely and have to ship several boxes back to a main office every week. This is the only tape I have ever used that doesn't stick to itself and to the wrong places on the box as I am applying it. It feels a tad thicker than regular tape and unrolls quietly. I hope never to buy another kind.

I wanted to pack at night but the tape roll would wake my daughter without fail. This product is quiet! It’s easy to rip with one hand. Strong as can be. And there’s a very nice amount on the roll.
