[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What an improvement. I think we’re all used to online ordering. However, despite our best intentions some things still need to be returned. This tape starts easy even if I miss the end. It’s a one pass wonder. No more making multiple passes to seal up the packages. The dispenser has a nice sharp blade to cut the end. So glad to have received this free product in exchange for my review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used several tape dispensers and this is by far the smoothest one I’ve ever used. The tape pulls out very smoothly. It doesn’t stick to itself as you are reeling it out. It also adheres to surfaces very well. There is a little tab to put the cut end on so that it doesn’t go back onto the roll where it’s impossible to get it started again. I highly recommend this tape and dispenser.

I NEVER price compare for tape, I always buy Scotch no matter what might be on sale. I recently discovered the Sure Start packing tape when I asked my mom to pick me up some SCOTCH packing tape at the store (yes I was specific about the brand). I was a new mom so running out with a baby was not as easy. She brought back the Sure Start packing tape, I always used the heavy duty so this was new for me. To my delight it met all of my packing needs and it was so quiet, I realized I wouldn't have to worry about it awaking the baby. I was free to pack to my hearts desire that night (and many nights since then) without any worries. Thank you for such a great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Reviewing a free sample from 3m. The Sure Start tape was high quality tape, easy to use and apply. I didn’t see a big extra benefit to the Sure Start label. Whether the tape does or doesn’t roll back into the tape roll still depends on how the user uses the tape and finishes with the end. But, again, quality packing tape as always.

Very easy to use with the dispenser and cutting blade, never have to find the opening and scissors again. Strong and durable tape that holds the carton in great condition when it is delivered to the customer, even when the carton is huge and heavy! We often receive compliments on our packing, and thanks to Scotch for such a great product! This is the only shipping tape that we would ever use.

The packages tape from3M cut Presley and didn't curl .I would defiantly recommend this to anyone who does shipping or packaging for moving boxes excellent. here in Wisconsin it works well!

I bought Scotch rather than a lesser quality tape. How disappointed I was to find that the cardboard around which the tape is wrapped was all bent. And this of course made dispensing it through the roller nearly impossible. Bad quality control in the manufacturing assembly line obviously. Come on people, take it up a notch and fix your automation.

Seems to hold strongly and can find the start easily. Is it the best value? I’m not sure. I received this product in exchange for an honest review.

This was on sale and I bought it seal shipping boxes. I made up a stack of boxes the started filling them and the tape is separating from the boxes before there’s even anything in them. Also, when I put it on the tape gun, I keep pulling out too long a strip because it pulls off the tape wheel too easily. It’s making shipping take longer because I have to check every seam and readhere it.
