[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product to ship a box to a friend. It was a heavier quality tape that was easier to use than others I have used! I was able to find the end easier to get it started again and it tore easily. The only part was lifting it, it tore at the end and some got wasted but less than with other tapes. It was also quieter, which may sound weird but my son has some sensory issues and does not like the sound made by other tapes. I will definitely use again (I ship often!).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tape has several improvements from previous Scotch packing tape that I've used. First, it's very easy to start using. Also, the tape doesn't split down the middle like other packing tapes sometimes do (some tapes I've used almost seem to shred when you're trying to unwind them to use). It's a good, strong packing tape without even being listed as heavy duty. I got my tape already on the dispenser and the one thing I didn't like was that it seemed like it was on the dispenser backwards. The way it was on there, the tape stuck to the cutter every time you finished using it and it seemed awkward to pull it against the cutter to get it to cut. I took the roll out of the dispenser, flipped it around so the tape was coming off the other way, put it back on it and it worked MUCH better. I would definitely buy this tape again. It's really a good quality tape.

I tape up boxes a and I wanted a shipping tape that was easy to use and an easy way to apply. This tape does not disappoint. It Glides easily off the roll sticks firmly and tears off clean. I'm definitely a fan. Some packing tape is actually too thin. This packing tape is perfect. It has a thicker level of consistency that really grabs on to whatever you're taping.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There's nothing worse, when you are packing a box, to lose that end of the tape and have to fiddle around - seemingly forever - to find the edge. With this product you don't have that problem. The tape edge is always there and easy to use. Another advantage is how it doesn't have that loud, ripping sound as the tape is rolled out, it's smooth and quiet. The cutting edge has not failed once, it tears off easily and evenly. The tape itself is, as all Scotch tape, excellent quality. It sticks and stays stuck. You know your boxes and packages will be securely closed when you use Scotch tape. I highly recommend this product.

Also used for sending a box to my grand niece who is graduating from the Air Force Academy. She said it looks pristine when she received it. I also used it to cover the address label in case the elements tried to smear the address. I HIGHLY recommend!! It is my packaging tape of choice!

I have shipped several packages over the past few months and this tape has been one of the easiest to use. It performs as it says, it is easy to unwind and does not get tangled on itself. I've really enjoyed using it and will purchase it once I have run out.

Sure start to NOTHING! The worst tape i have ever used. The only thing its sticks to is ITSELF! I had to tape all around the box onto itself for it to stay, what a waste!! Im moving and i bought a 4 pack of worthless tape. Needed to go back and exchange them. Dont waste your time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great tape for packaging boxes. Very strong and does not need to double tape at all. Also, very easy to use with hand held dispensing unit. Most of the import tapes does not stick or leave glue residue, but 3M tapes are very clean and easy to utilize.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mail a lot of packages and after several disasters, Scotch is the ONLY tape that I buy. The regular shipping is good for most mail. The Heavy Duty is good for very large or very heavy packages. It doesn't wrinkle, it sticks tight, is easy to cut on the cutter and has just the right tension to control the tape. I love Scotch and will never again try a "cheaper" brand!
