I was really excited to try this product, as I am a frequent user of packing tape. As a preschool teacher, I use it almost daily to make sensory bags or art projects. I'm always looking for a solid dispenser, with a strong tape inside. I really love the dispenser on this! It makes it easy to use with one hand, and the tape doesn't slip onto itself (so annoying!). I gave it a 4 star rating out of 5 because the tape itself is decent, but a little thin. I find myself having to use a few layers for my needs. Other than that, a great tape product!

The roll is easy to start, the tape stays in place and easy to glide over where I need to tape and removes and cuts off where I want to stop with a breeze. It's easy to start again because it leaves the tape in place to start taping again! The tape is pretty sturdy and durable, stays in place on the boxes and haven't need to double tape them since using this roll. I highly recommend the 3M - Scotch® Sure Start Shipping Packaging Tape. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this to seal a box for mailing. The dispenser was a little awkward to use, perhaps I have the tape feeding incorrectly. It seems the dispenser with the handle is easier to use. I do love the tape itself. It was quiet when I rolled it across the box and easy to roll.

It is quiet, no nails on the challboard screetching sounds when the tape is applied. If the tape falls off the posts (winds itawlf back o the roll), it is easy to find the start of the tape. Magically the tape doesn't split when I peel it off to start it again...which Iblove because it means less wasted tape. I am for sure goi g to make this my #1 packing tape purchase at work and at home!

I also use this when I'm storing things in containers to keep them closed and sealed. The tape is clear in color which is perfect if I tape over an address or description of what's in the box. Also the cutter on the Scotch® Sure Start Shipping Packaging Tape makes it super easy and quick as no scissors are needed.

I am very impressed with the ease of pulling the tape through the dispenser. Our daughter is packing to move and I took this to her house to help her with boxing stuff up. Having small hands, the size of this dispenser is very easy for me to handle The tape pulls through very easily and cuts on the first try. I love the fact that it is made in the USA.
