[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work in an open-plan office and do a fair amount of packing for shipping. The "screech" of the tape roll makes many of us cringe. This roll is easy to start, easy to unwind and virtually silent. We use tape guns, so I hope to be able to purchase this to replace the current too-sticky loud rolls of tape.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a Great product! Easy start and easy dispensing of the tape. I've always struggled with tape dispensers and getting the tape to feed and dispense properly. This product addresses those issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ship a lot of packages that weigh about 6lbs each. It is important to find a packing tape that will hold shut and stick to the box. This definitely sticks well and does not require that I add extra tape to secure my package. The Sure Start feature is wonderful too, because I hate wasting time picking at the end of tape. It really works and I think it's a great feature. I received this product in exchange for my personal opinion as part of a review program from the manufacturer. My opinion is my own, however.

As advertised, this tape starts easily. Unfortunately, that's the only good thing I can say about it. It sticks very poorly, rendering it almost useless as shipping tape. It also cuts very poorly using a standard shipping tape dispenser, perhaps because it comes off the roll so easily and thus doesn't provide enough tension for the dispenser to work. Ultimately, I'm extremely dissatisfied with this product.

This is the best packing tape I have used. It comes onto the package smoothly and quietly. No tugging and pulling to get it to unroll.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tape is so easy to use. I never had to look for the end to use it the next time. It was right there ready to go. I was able to apply it to my package easily and it held up great. I also used it to close boxes to store in the attic and it sealed the box perfectly.

I was already in the process of packing up to move and had grabbed some tape from the same place I got boxes...let's just say, it was pretty lackluster! As soon as it arrived, I started using this packaging tape and the experience was MUCH IMPROVED. I've always liked Scotch-brand tape because it performs well and after using a different brand, I don't think I'll ever switch. I only had to tape the boxes along the seams once and I never felt like they would fall apart. Also, this version was much easier to unwind and tear than previous versions, so the upgrade is great! I will continue using this tape as I pack and once this roll runs out I will definitely purchase more!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tape holds up really well when I was taping up boxes to ship out. Is definitely a thicker feeling tape so I feel like it did a really good job and I didn't need to tape things twice to make sure I had a strong hold.

What an incredible product from start to finish of packing a box that won’t break open. It’s got easy roll every time, no tearing and Eco friendly. I will definitely use it again for my packing needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love to review free products from 3M and a roll of packaging tape with dispenser arrived at a fortuitous time - I was moving to a new residence. So many boxes to prepare! And the 3M product was definitely the sturdiest tape I experienced. No one likes to pick at thin tape when it becomes stuck to the rest of the roll and that never happened with the 3M product. Easy rolling every day. eZ to start, EZ to unwind, EZ to stick as it is designed to do. I’m not sure why the tape is advertised as “quiet” as well as easy to unwind, but that had no influence in its intended purpose. Just a great strong product.
