I use this file box for protection of paper files from fire. I am happy with this safe, although it has never actually been tested in a fire!

I purchased this to keep my papers safe from fire. Alas, the keys won’t budge or turn the lock and they absolutely won’t come out.

This box is very roomy and will hold lots of files and a few small pieces, like jewelry. It is very heavy and well made. I am happy with it!

Great safe and seems to be well build. I was surprised that it had more room than I thought. Compared to other store, this price was great.

The lock on this item is very cheap and only turns 1/32". Thought it would be a little more sturdy as like my First Alert.

I think I received a used and returned file box. The key is difficult to get the lock to engage. Should have returned it but haven't yet.

heavy box to lift empty but decent space to hold documents. don't like that key can't be removed while box is unlocked

Very nice and secure. You can hang your files in it. Not a whole lotta room, but it works for BC's, passports, insurance info, etc.

First shipment had defective locking mechanism. Second one had one of two keys BROKEN! This is shoddy workmanship for an otherwise ok product.

Loved the size! My stuff was bent in the smaller box. This one holds full size documents and you have the fire safety!
