Can only fit files, no binders or anything thicker than a folder/sheets of paper. Works for what we needed it to, just wish I could fit a binder

The lock on this item is very cheap and only turns 1/32". Thought it would be a little more sturdy as like my First Alert.

piece of crap. Key didn't work. then I got it to open and close and now the key won't work again and my stuff is now stuck inside. I am mad.

Great product but it doesn't have a way of pulling it and it HAS to be stored on the floor because it's so heavy!

We love these! So, when I ordered there were only 4 in stock, so I ordered all 4! They can be used for other things, too.

I think I received a used and returned file box. The key is difficult to get the lock to engage. Should have returned it but haven't yet.

This is a good size for me to manage by myself. It’s larger than my original one, and can hold so much more. It’s great for files and papers.

Got the first one and the lock was broke. Returned that one and had another at my door a week later. Exact same problem. I'm done with this.

BOUGHT IT FOR MY DAUGHTER SHE HAS TEENS IN AND OUT OF HER HOUSE.....THIS WAY HER THINGS ARE ON LOCK DOWN.....THANKS MUCH GREAT DEAL NICE AND ROOMY

First shipment had defective locking mechanism. Second one had one of two keys BROKEN! This is shoddy workmanship for an otherwise ok product.
