Have keys, have safe, but keys dont work on safe. Can easily tell the tumblers in the lock are of the worst possible quality. Do not buy this product!!!

The purchase price for the size of the unit was the reason for choosing it. The finish could have been better thus the four stars. The unit is NOT waterproof.

I ordered 3 and returned 3. 1st one, keys didn't fit. 2nd one, keys fit, but latch wouldn't properly to close lid for locking. 3rd, keys fit, but wouldn't lock. All 3 were covered in a strange powdery substance.

Perfect for important papers to keep safe at home. Not easy to be picked up because of no handles, which is good since a thief can't snatch an go so easy. It is also quite heavy. The price was fantastic, almost half the price of Amazon .

Just replaced our old cracked fire box with this new one! Like it a lot better. Only problem, we had to "bug out" (evacuate) for wildfire headed our way & needed to take this box with important papers in it--OOPS! No handles!! Not good.

We were looking for a fire-proof safe to keep secure our documents (i.e. titles. birth certificates, etc). This is the perfect size for regular letter-sized documents. Hanging files can be used to organize the papers. I also used page protectors.

I have another one just like it only in grey. The lock was stuck a little once unlocked, but I was able to push the hook portion forward a bit, now it locks much easier. I like that all my important papers will be safely locked up and fireproofed!

Just bought this as it appears it would have met all of my needs, but the keys that come with the box won't open it! Key goes in the lock, but won't unlock it. Returning now

Junk! The keys wouldn't even go all the way into the lock, let alone open the safe. This turned out not to be that big of a deal because the top broke completely off. This all happened within 5 minutes of opening the box! Returned it promptly.
