reply from Customer Service

We apologize you are having trouble. This safe can be mounted to the floor. We do not recommend mounting the safe to the wall since it has not been tested under such conditions. By mounting the safe to the wall, all warranties would be void. Please call customer service for mounting instructions at 800-828-1438.
