When I lifted up the top, it fell off. What ever was supposed to hold it on must have been broken. I returned it to Sam’s and received credit. I won’t order another one.

I bought Sentry File safe many years ago. This past month My House burned to ground . All my files in my Sentry Safes were saved. I had the most important documents of our lives in this safe. This was all that survived. The struggle to recoup emotions and finances is enough. If these papers were lost It would have more stressful. Performance goes beyond the warranty
