White powder all over

I opened the box and the safe looks like it’s been scratched and there is white powder all over.

Thank you for your feedback. Sorry this safe didn't meet your expectations. It is not unusual for dried concrete dust to be evident on your safe as a result of the manufacturing process and vibrations during shipping. Any such dust can be easily wiped from the chest, file or safe with a damp cloth (use a soft-bristle brush if needed) and we believe poses no health hazard to our customers. Thank you.

Don’t waste money on this safe. Locks don’t work good they fall apart.
