This seat is a replacement of my 10+ yr old seat. This is much improved over my previous seat, which I loved.

Useful as one grown older. In time of pandemic, customer service was lacking, so a new product was purchased.

This toilet seat is three years old, I love it before it had leaking problem six months ago, and I can't fix it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had purchased an Omigo bidet years ago and were a bit disappointed to find out that the company no longer existed as we were very happy with our purchase. We purchased a Brondell Swash 1000 as the closest thing, and I have to say that they did a great job. Same quality product with solid manufacturing. Our butts still feel fancy!

We've had this product for about a year and it works as well as the 1st day after installation. The installation was really simple, water supply via a tandem "T", power plug-in and seat install. Couldn't be simpler. Depending on how convenient access is to the water connection and a power plug - you should not need more than just time and evolved patience to install. The seat warmer is set to Mid Temp and so it the water pressure. The water cleaning option is so effective with an absolute feeling of 'clean' and actually being just that for both men or women, without a doubt.

I bought my Brondell Swash 1000 Bidet Seat a month ago. I glory in the luxury and realize that all the royal princes, kings, queens and princesses never had something like this. In a cold wintery day, a warm toilet seat is something only dreamed of in the past. And add to that the ability to leave the toilet feeling clean- it is something out of fiction lore. But this Swash 1000 Bidet seat does it all. Warm seat, and then choose front or rear cleansing and a flow of gentle warmed water cleans and you then press stop and dry. You leave feeling entirely clean and ready to greet the world!!! We also have the Toto washlet which we bought about 5 years ago. This is just as good and costs half as much! The Brondell seat has an eco setting so you are not wasting electricity. It only heats up when you sit on the seat! I highly recommend this for someone who wants to feel pampered! It does just that.

This is one of the easiest installs you will do (10 minutes max)... if you watch the youtube install video you don't have to read the instructions. This seat has a water heater built in so you do not need to add a hot line. I do recommend you take the old supply tube completely off and reinstall a shorter one if it is not a cable type.

I've seen bidets in the past and thought "Well, that'd be weird. Water all over my butt." Also thought a bidet toilet must be a quite expensive luxury. Well, my wife's therapist suggested looking into a bidet after she (my wife, that is) had a bit of trouble with sanitary care after toileting due to a stroke she suffered. (She suffered her stroke in 1984 when she was just 21 years old!) Well, I went online and googled "bidet". At the top of the list was Brondell. Reviewed the features and read the reviews. Spent a brief time perusing other bidet websites and ended up ordering the Brondell Swash 1000 that afternoon. Spoke with customer service who was very helpful with any questions I had about the seat and the ordering process. It arrived just a few days later. Installation was a snap. Probably could do it in 1/2 hour, but I read, re-read the instructions, etc, and ended up spending about 1 hour on installation. Very simple with the clear, detailed instructions. Anyone can do this as long as you can get on your knees! The product itself is amazing. Amazingly efficient. All my preconceived bidet ideas were shot out the water (pun intended). This thing has taken care of any problems my wife had and I can't say enough how pleased I am. The only problem is too often, when she needs the bathroom, I'm already in hers! It's saving wear and tear on my toilet! If you have any reservations about purchasing a Brondell Swash 1000, I'd say…Just Do It! Thank you Brondell.

Swash1000 is definitely a great product if it is working. My Swash1000 was working great and no complain for 2 weeks. Then suddenly, the rear cleansing somehow stopped working! you press and no response. Then the next day the font cleansing stopped! What's left? the dry air. I restarted the machine many times and followed the troubleshoot in the user manual. Finally, I was grateful that the store took it back and returned my money. I am very hesitant now to buy Brondell! However, I am not able to find other brands in local stores here in Montreal. For this reason I am considering to give Brondell Swash1000 another chance in case the company stands strong behind their 3 years guaranty. If Brondell is will to return or exchange their defective product within their 3 years waranty, then I might try to buy it again.

We are so happy with our purchase. It's been about 2 months and it's amazing. Why did it take us so long to purchase this seat? During our bathroom renovation 5 years ago, we made sure to add an outlet behind the toilet. We never thought how nice it would be. Even our kids are using the bidet vs the wet wipes now. I don't understand why more people don't have one. We'll be adding another bidet seat in our other bathrooms. The heated seat is hard to beat. So far all features work as they should. Easy to install, fits well with our current toilet, easy to use and has reduced the amount of wet wipes and toilet paper we once used. Every home should have at least one bidet seat. Looking forward to years of use.
