If I let it run the whole 2 minutes, it cleans my behind shoot without wiping. To clean my frontal area, I need to squirm backwards a lot, but it works. Beeping on sitting down does not disturb my husband at night. Dry doesn't completely dry, but it helps a lot. I'd buy it again.

I bought my first one about 3 years ago. I currently have a problem with it because of the crud in our water in Las Vegas. I was out of town for about a month and now when I go to use it it sprays for only a few seconds, not the two minutes. However I have another one in a different bathroom that I purchased after this one and it had the filter with it and it is still working fine. I did take out and clean the little filter and the stainless rods where the water comes out but it hasn't corrected the problem. Just be advised if you are in a hard water area like Arizona or Nevada be sure to use the inline filter.

Works well once you understand how to use it and how to conform it's features to the buttocks placed on it. I purchased these for my elderly parents. My dad who passed away last year was getting progressively smaller and smaller as he came nearer to death and so I had to constantly be adjusting the water flow and direction and temperature to clean him without discomfort. One thing to be careful of with the elderly is to make sure their buttocks are spread a bit as they sit down on the bidet so the water can get in there and clean. I guess my only suggestion for this thing is to put adjustable brackets on the bottom so it can be secured properly to all the different styles of toilet rims on the market. Many times my mom doesn't sit quite centered and I have to move her over and the seat moves with her, which it would not do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The recently purchased 1000 is not as good as the Swash SE600 that I had to replace. When I activated the washing action on the 600, the response was immediate, both in heat and spray. The 1000 is slower, taking up to 15 or more seconds before the action is activated. At times the start button has to be pressed more than once to start the action.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The on - off button is difficult to find if there's is a wall close on that side. A small dimple on it would make a large difference.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The nozzle takes 25 seconds to extend before use, frustrating however I like that the nozzles are stainless steel instead of plastic and easy to clean.

2 weeks after installation 1nozzle didn't move anymore. I called the customer service and in 2 days I got a new entire seat-bidet replacement. I could return the old one, no extra charge for me. I'm not 100% sure about the quality, but at least the costumer service is excellent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is just okay. I was hoping that, for the price, it would be an upgrade from the less expensive model I had, but sadly, it is not. I do like the lower-profile seat. It looks less bulky and fits well on the toilet. The overall style and fit are definitely improvements. The fan also works much better than the one on my previous model. Unfortunately, the actual wash features are disappointing. There is some kind of delay before the wash cycle starts, and the spray pressure and adjustments are just not as good as the less expensive models. I often feel like the wash cycle leaves you unclean. The wide-spray setting works, but it seriously reduces the spray pressure, making that feature almost useless. There is also no light. Not that a light is necessary, but at this price point, I expected one. The unit is also surprisingly loud, and the amount of noise seems unnecessary. Overall, the fan, lower-profile design, and fit are great, but the most important features don't perform as well as I expected. For the price, I would seriously consider one of the lower-priced models before spending the extra money on this one.

This doesn't have the necessary water preasure to do a good job! I only got this one because my Biobidete stopped working properly after 14 months! I hab to send it in on the warranty to be fixed. I am so hooked on having a bidet that I bought this one to use while the other was in the shop(so to speak).
