The product worked but the size was way off. I would find it hard to believe that your spokes-person Tony Sargouchi wears size L/XL. There has to be a larger size Depend. We are taking our grand-daughters to Disney World in September and it would be nice to wear a Depend Real Fit Briefs for Men that really did fit, Like I said the sample product worked but it did not fit comfortably and I was not confident that it would not leak. PLEASE tell me there are larger sizes - like a 2X or 3X. Thanks!

They stretch enough to be comfortable and work very well with no leakage. The padding is nice in both sides for those that need that. May be a little on the expensive side but worth it.

Being a man, rather self concise of reaching the age of needing the protection from leaking in public. Depend Maximum Real Fit will be a part of my daily hygiene. This product has made me feel so much more at ease dealing with my incontinence! I have urge incontinence and usually make it to the bathroom, but these give me the security I need for the times when I don't get to the bathroom in time. The only feature keeping this product from a perfect 5 star rating, in my circumstance, are leg gathers/cuffs as on a few occasions I have leaked out the sides. I have also noticed that, with my urge incontinence, very rarely the absorbancy in these products is not enough. Overall the best & most discrete protection available today! I highly recommend them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have found that my waist is the area between S/M and L/XL at 38-40. I have tried both and found the L/XL to stretch over time and become baggy. The S/M go on a little tight but again they stretch over time and fit me a lot better. I have always had a low waist (all the low waisted jeans from the late 60's and 70's) and the S/M have a smaller crotch area thus fitting me better. So if you fall into this category try both sizes and make your own decision. I hope this will help you in choosing the correct fit for you.
