He explained that there was quite a leaking problem the first pair he wore overnight. So he tried again unfortunately he encountered the same problem. This product is not for him. But it may work for others.

Overall the absorbency was great in the padding. I would recommend this product for minor to more serious pelvic floor to incontinence issues

Elastic edge holding absorbent pad inside was coming loose before the end of the day, causing it to bunch up it spots, rear was bunching up into a narrow wad after a few hours, I bought them for rear protection, they are useless for that purpose, front pad goes all the way up to the front of the waistband, bad design, urine flows downhill, more padding up high at the front than at the crotch where gravity would naturally cause it to collect, total waste of money.

The only downside is that I wish the outside of the underwear was a bit more soft in texture. It felt too crinkly/crunchy. But they don't rub and they stay in place.

This product is fantastic. I am not worried about them being noticeable even in dress pants or jeans. I love the look and they feel like real underwear. I could probably change at the gym and people would not notice. If the product was just a bit thicker and more absorbent it would be an 11 out of a high of 10. I hate the look of the other brief I think it is called "real flex"and other brands by like them. However, you knocked it out of the park with this product. Had you not run the commercials with people in the product parading, I would not have ever known about them. Thanks!
