[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought that this was an excellent product overall. They work just like regular underwear. Although I did fit into the xlge, I think for my size, a 2x would have been a little better. Other than that, OUTSTANDING.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was, rather confused, since I was expecting brief underwear, but tried them on at night in bed. Fit comfortably. Tested one with water for absorbency, and it passed the test . Material is not very strong, so I don’t think that they are durable, but for its purpose , I don’t think they need to be.

like the fit, protection in front is good for men, but protection in front should be the same in back. If you have a bowel movement it leaks over top in back. Why isn't the absorbent material in back also? You want protection and confidence in back also when you have total incontinence! Do you have a product that protects in back as well as in front.

I use protection overnight. i am 135 lbs and a 31 in waist. These did not secure tightly enough to me and leaked at the leg gathers. Even pulling them up extra high didn't offer a secure fit and still leaked on my bed. While i am sure they work well for a little bigger people, for someone on the lower end of the size chart for this product, I would not recommend it.

The padding is nice in both sides for those that need that. May be a little on the expensive side but worth it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While my grandpa refuses to admit he has an issue, we felt it might have been the fear of wearing something more like a diaper. This product came at the perfect time and really resembles underwear he is used to wearing. While his issue isn't overwhelmingly concerning it has brought issues that these absorbant briefs has all fixed. It is highly absorbant that my grandpa always wakes up dry odorless. No real damage from the urine that can usually cause some good wear and tear. The size was perfect and according to him, surprisingly comfortable. I cannot say how these hold up with more serious issues but for my grandpa it was perfect. Definitely recommend.

I have incontinence from nerve damage in my neck and back and use these daily now. The fit is great for me (I have a 37" waist# and my wife even comments how she doesn't notice they are an incontinence product even if I just have these and a t-shirt on. In fact, my wife was so impressed she asked me to order the Silhouettes for her for her 'heavy' days. They reduce her cramping a lot. For me, these have made a huge difference in my quality of life since other products were too baggy and could be seen under jeans, and if for some reason the waistband was visible to others #like during lifting or bending to pick something up# it was obvious I was wearing a pull-up. Sometimes I went without protection which meant having urine down my legs and onto my socks or wearing a product I disliked. Also, most other products would leak during a mild stress incontinence episode - which for me was usually when I was working out. I wound up having to wear light absorbency diapers while weightlifting, which meant public gyms were out of the question for me during physical therapy. With the Real Fit underwear, I am much more confident even when wearing snug jeans #since you can't see them# and I don't worry about the waistband being seen. I feel like the product gave me my dignity back. I don't have to wear diapers while lifting weights any more - I wear these now. The leg elastics are unlike other cloth-backed products in that they don't rub my thighs raw during exercise, and this is even after 40 minutes on an elliptical machine or a one hour weightlifting session. One suggestion I do have is that the odor control could use some improvement. I tend to have a very strong smell after wearing these for several hours even if the underwear is mostly dry. I solve this by washing frequently and using an incontinence skincare system as well as using a biological odor eliminator to mist the inside of the underwear before I put them on. Besides for this, I really thank Kimberly-Clark for a great product. Oh...and keep producing the blue color as well - they are great! I wish I could get 12-packs of these or the 56-count bulk packs in blue. Take care, Colin
