Smell

Opened box, had two sleeves in plastic, open plastic and the smell was overwhelming. Like a very strong plastic chemical. Had to take them outside and air them out. was really disappointed and will not purchase again.

Love love these

I had an accident one night %26 was afraid I wet myself pretty bad but I got to the toilet pretty quick so I'm doing good right now. The protection was great didn't even get myself wet that much so was very happy. I'm going to order one size down because I lost weight so I will need see how I do. Thanks u

How does this receive a 4 star review

I bought a package of the Members Mark Underwear for Women today in the local Sam's. After reading the reviews I wondered how they were given a 4 star review when every review I read was negative. I did not like these nearly as much as what I have been buying. They don't work nearly as well so when this package is used up, will go back to the product I have been buying. Very disappointing! Members Mark products have always been very good but the mark was missed on this product. I'm not calling customer service -- they don't care so will be a customer who falls between the cracks. You should listen to your customers who use these products and take responsibility for admitting you made a mistake and new and "improved" isn't always the best.

New sizing is a joke

I weigh under 100 pounds and size small is way too small. When you pull it out of the package it looks like underwear for a 10 year old girl. It does not even stretch all that much. I think they measured doll sizes. I don't know how they can show curvy women in the pictures when in reality if you have a butt, good luck pulling up this underwear. I don't know how they came up with the sizes or why they changed them. Was the point to make women feel like they should buy bigger sizes or feel bad about their bodies? A waste of money.

Design changes are just as bad as everyone says.

Just as all the other reviews state, I've been purchasing Member's Mark underwear for my Mom for some time without any problems. Almost immediately after starting this new box, we've had issues with leaks, spills, and discomfort because they are too thin and run too tight for her now. Sam's Club was very good about refunding the cost to us for these, but clearly, we cannot buy them in the future until they are changed again.

Worst Member's Mark Women's Underwear

The explanation you provide is unacceptable about a better design. Just not true for those wearing the previous design women's underwear. What were your designer's thinking? The previous color was so much better. If this is an attempt to cut cost, it is not worth it to lose customers. The COST of this underwear is not cheap, and the dye used concerns me. It appears CHEAP, and THEY ARE UNCOMFORTABLE>This new design is not what works for my family member. I will not buy anymore until you have, at least, gone back to the old design abd/or a better design, which had a great fit. These are not comfortable, AT ALL. The underwear should fit like a brief, not like a thong. LIKE THE BEIGE COLOR which blends in better.

Not a good change Sam’s Club!

It’s hard to come up with a positive thing to say about the women’s adult underwear. We had purchased the previous unisex version of this product for years. Years. It was great, maybe a little bulky, but it absorbed and fit. Basically it did its job and then went in the trash. Fast forward to Sam’s upgraded model “Women’s Total Protection.” These don’t absorb, they seem thinner, they are much smaller, and they cut in to my stomach. They are not sized appropriately. I’m left searching for another product that works. Sam’s previous product, the unisex model, was often out of stock. It was very popular. I’m not sure who decided it needed an upgrade. Next time, stick with what works. Wish I’d thought to read the reviews before purchasing. These will be going back first chance I have.

changes are terrible

Members Mark were perfect brand of diapers for my mother and I recently noticed the box changed so I only got one box this time and am very disappointed. The large size is now too tight on her and they have less protection. Please go back to the old ones.

inferior product

These pads are horrible, they leak. I had a very embarrasing accident wearing this product. This has never happened before with the previous brand sold at Sams. They were bigger, thicker and much more absorbent. I will not be purchasing this product again.
