You have to build the roof on the ground. Make sure you have help. At least 3 people.

The only problem I had was the hardware for the electrical box installation was missing

We have looked at this unit and think the features are excellent. The actual size is perfect for our deck where we grill and entertain. For us, it is about the size, which will let me grill and stay dry during inclement weather. The roof has enough height to be sure no grilll smoke gets trapped. I did look at others but this one looks like it has the right size and construction material will last a long time. A good item
