What's not to like? Little bit of assembly required with your son and buddies.. What are the rewards? Quality time outdoors spent with family and friends for Years to come! Quality of product? I couldn't have made one any better myself.. Any Problems? Not a single complaint What a beautiful addition to my backyard and will be purchasing more from this company.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this earlier this summer and I have been customizing it ever since. It is stout and so well designed. The wood is very clear and no knots really. It was very easy to put together. Honestly I could have made my own but it would have cost more, and would have taken forever to design and run back and forth to the hardware store for this and that. This was the way to go.

Just had my Acadia gazebo delivered and installed. Beautiful gazebo, exactly what the beginning of new back yard needed!! Paid for install through backyard and was not disappointed. Gazebo was delivered and installed within the week, couldn't have asked for anything more. Thanks for the great experience will definitely recommend to anyone that asks

We bought this a few months back and were able to put it together and attach to our 12x16 Backyard Discovery Gazebo we bought last year. It took less than 8 hours to put together and has given us a lot of room to grill and lounge around in the back yard.

The assembly company offered on the website does not have any PNW crews so I had to hire my own. I had 4 guys on the first day and 2 guys for an additional 3 days, working full 8-9 hour days. They were carpenters who did excellent work, it just took a really long time. The finished carport looks outstanding.

i previously purchased the Arlington 12x10 Gazebo about a year ago and i was AMAZED and the quality of the product delivered to me. Everything was exactly as i expected it, except for the hardware. not to get into too much detail here, it was a slight nightmare getting it to all come together as it was supposed to. it took a lot of muscle and a lot of time but we got it up and it looks Amazing. when i saw that they now made a Grill Gazebo i got so excited because having the Arlington now for a year, i know i was dealing with a superior product. but i was worried about the assembly, i did not want the same thig to happen to me again. I emailed the company and they assured me they corrected that issue, so i bit the bullet and went ahead and ordered it. it was delivered right to my backyard and i went ahead and had a fun weekend putting it together. Well let me tell you, not only did i NOT need the weekend to put it together, the Hardware isse was FIXED!! everything went off without a hitch and i t was all assembled and up within 4 hours. AMAZING. i cannot believe they made their product even better. it just tell me that this company real cares about there product and i cannot for the need to purchase another Patio product. HIGHLEY RECOMMEDNED. if i could give the product more than 5 stars i will. now, if you excuse me, i am going to put in some light in my new Grill Gazebo and enjoy my grilling experience!

This gazebo looks great! Easy to assemble and functions well. The only issue is the top front header doesn’t align well on the right side. One of the black brackets there would add the the strength and aesthetics of the gazebo. This is my second gazebo ( the other in another location) and they both look awesome!

Had this Arcadia Gazebo installed September 2024 to cover our jacuzzi and patio table! It is beautiful and the perfect size. The gazebo is exactly what I wanted for our recently purchased home. We've already installed a fan and beautiful lights on it. I couldn't have been more pleased! I absolutely love my gazebo!  It is exactly what I envisioned to cover my patio and keep the rain away from the house! 

I bought this March 29,2022. I was expecting a three week wait time. It turned out to be more like 6 weeks. I should’ve paid for installation. My husband and I put it up together. I had my grandsons help put the roof on. We had to ream out some of the pre-drilled holes. It looks very nice.

This is a quality product with all included hardware. I deviated from some chronological assembly steps for a few reasons. 1. I bolted the four posts to the concrete before attaching the roof because I did not want a gust of wind to blow it over. 2. I assembled the roof truss framing and installed it before adding sheetmetal. It was easier to lift into place and secure first. I then installed the sheetmetal. The directions called for the perimeter roof trim to be placed 360° on top of the sheetmetal ribs. The problem is that the design does not take into consideration the need for a rear drip edge. I did not want water to flow under the trim and down the wood. I, therefore, placed the tear trim under the ribs. Water will now be directed 1/2 inch away from the wood and will then drop straight down. It will also alleviate pine needles from getting trapped under the trim.
