This underwear is perfect for my elderly father. The are comfortable and are very absorbent. They fit and stay in place. I am so thankful for this option in the care of parent.

Bought for my 90 year old father. I would have given a five but my father had an allergic reaction and started getting a rash on legs. He’s used others with no reaction. They are well made no leaks. I ordered XXL and they were too big I’m sure XL would have fit.

Very disappointed in performance. Leaked through underwear, regular panties and the pants or slacks i had on every time i had the urge to go. Not enough padding to provide proper protection. I was satisfied with the ones you used to have in the deep blue but you dont even carry those anymore. I ordered those and they dont fit as well and leak through also. I am now using the one that has velcro tabs. I hate the way they have the best coverage of anything you make. Please dont change them.

It was perfect size after tried 4 other brands! Those I bought before Sam’s brand were 1 to 2 sizes too small and I ended up dropping them off at the St. Vincent. The Sam’s XXL size was exactly the correct size which what we needed. No problem nor any issues to mention! I’m sure will order again soon. Ym.

I have to use booster pads with these because I have a heavy flow at night. If I use them during the day I can use them all day long by just changing the booster pads. They hold up even after several changes of the booster pads. They hold a lot with out leaking. They fit a lot of different sized people. They are a bargain compared to any other brand.

best fit that I have found, I am 370 LBS with a 56 in waist.
