They are unisex underwear so they have an all over absorbancy. They are easy to put on and take off. If need be, they can easily be cut down the sides for easy removal. He says they did not bunch up in him and had good absorbancy with little to no leakage. The waist band was not binding on him, nor were the legs.

They work out ok. However if you lose weight you get inbetween of xxl and xl Waist size. Sometimes the xxl still work out and then sometimes they don't always want to stay up.

It was perfect size after tried 4 other brands! Those I bought before Sam’s brand were 1 to 2 sizes too small and I ended up dropping them off at the St. Vincent.
