Working in the medical field for over 10 years, I have many of my patients who wear these underwear. It is important to buy briefs that fit and quickly absorb anything that happens. My husband and I tried these underwear. Immediately, we saw the large band that stretched around the waist and stomach area. It also shows the size of the brief, so there won't be any question as to which way to put the underwear on. Even after wearing the brief for a while, we found it was comfortable, and it doesn't shift. It's very discreet under clothing. As we age, it is important to buy incontinence underwear that will keep us dry in public and at home. I definitely recommend these underwear with confidence!

The family member I have who needs them is not that size. I was able to give the product to a friend whose family member could use them. She said they were great. I find these to be pretty comfortable to wear. Size fits just right. Also really like that they aren’t as bulky as others I have tried. I find these are great and keep me dry. Overall I am totally happy with these total protection underwear and plan to stick with these

The ones I received were too large for me. However, the sizing seems correct. They were not noisy when trying them or seem too bulky.

They're soft like underwear, have a nice stretch & the overall core inner layer is pretty absorbant! I got these for an elderly neighbor in my building. She has a very limited income & her insurance only covers the bladder underwear pad inserts similar to menstrual pads. She was very appreciative to receive these underwear! She said they're very comfortable, don't leak easily & contain order pretty well. They also help cut down on her amount of laundry & help her feel more comfortable going out of her apartment! I'm glad these fit well & are working nicely for her. Great product & easy to use. They really do help make life easier for those with incontinence issues!

The one I got is way larger than my actual waist band or my SO. While I did pay attention to weight. I’m plus size . So I just will figure out a way to take in the waist band when I need to use these.

It’s hypoallergenic which was great for my family member because they are allergic to almost everything. They liked that you couldn’t tell they were wearing protective underwear.
