This product was used on an individual under my care, and overall we are pleased with the quality and effectiveness. The underwear are easy to slip on and off and provide adequate coverage of the front and back end, suitably preventing any leakage while being worn. We have a regular changing schedule, so as not to be worn too long, or kept on with any moisture. I can’t say these work any better than other brand similar items, however these seem to be a good price for a good quality product. Taking care of an individual requiring total protection underwear comes with challenges, and this product did not add any additional difficulties or discomfort to the user. I would have to recommend based on the experience we had while using as they worked and without mess or fuss.

The leg opening was a little big but the quality of materials was good because they didn’t rip or tear when pulling up or down. I would recommend this product to friends and family members.

It definitely protects from unwanted dribbles that can occur from a cough or laughing with friends and family. Its plain looming, like a big diaper, but I'd recommend it.

The first thing she said is that they were incredibly soft! I agreed...I had no idea they felt like that! She was able to try them overnight and said they did an EXCELLENT job keeping her dry and we're exceptionally comfortable. Working in the medical field for over 10 years, I have many of my patients who wear these underwear. It is important to buy briefs that fit and quickly absorb anything that happens. My husband and I tried these underwear. Immediately, we saw the large band that stretched around the waist and stomach area. It also shows the size of the brief, so there won't be any question as to which way to put the underwear on. Even after wearing the brief for a while, we found it was comfortable, and it doesn't shift. It's very discreet under clothing. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are very soft and expandable so not tight at all. They are also breathable. They work great and there’s nothing I don’t like about them. The only thing I could suggest changing is the packaging and it’s kind of plain and generic looking

The ones I received were too large for me. However, the sizing seems correct. They were not noisy when trying them or seem too bulky.
