Excellent total protection, beats Depend by a mile, and I would recommend this product as well as the brand for anyone who has incontinence problems even if its only short term.

My brain says I have time, my bladder doesn’t agree. Usually the bladder wins. I don’t wear this stuff usually but thought I’d give it a try . 1st it is bulky and definitely easily seen and heard. Don’t care really about that since I tried it out at home. Would never wear in public. 2nd it does absorb some of what comes out. If you just have and deal with a tiny bit of leakage before you make it to the bathroom they are good for that. If your bladder wins and you go, you will have it running down your leg and end up soaking wet. They can’t quite hold it all. Not as good as Huggies but not as bad as a towel. Your call.

The family member I have who needs them is not that size. I was able to give the product to a friend whose family member could use them. She said they were great. She was especially impressed by the stretch and give that the underwear has for a large person with limited mobility. I would definitely recommend these to anyone needing them.

They were for my 91 year old MIL She is a very big woman and these fit her quite well, as they do stretch to fit without leaving gaps for leaks. They also are great for larger voids which have become an issue with age.I asked her if they were comfortable and she said they were and that overall she was very pleased with these underwear. They provide excellent protection and fit which can be an issue for larger sized adults. This product definitely did the job and I highly recommend them, as a good product like this can give people the comfort and confidence they need to go about their daily lives.

I only wear incontinence products at night and on long trips and these were exactly what was needed. They were comfortable all around and had enough stretch so I could stay active during car trips and walking far distances on vacation. I stayed dry and did not feel like I had to change the underwear as often as I do with just pads. I would recommend these for anyone with incontinence issues.
