They fit like underwear but protect from leaks and odor without the bulk. The cuffs around the legs are comfortable and not binding at all. Compared to another well-known brand, they rank right up there. Member’s Mark scores again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these a few days ago as a test. I put on and they are made of soft material and comfortable to touch . They are bulky between legs. but long front to back. The underwear did not leak and when removed bottom area was totally dry.

I have an older lady that I take care of and unfortunately she sometimes sneezes or cough cause a problem that’s just uncomfortable for her. He actually was upbeat when I suggested he try these for the days we have to travel for appts. He says they fit great and not bulky feeling like he thought they be. It is not fun when our parents reach the age/health when they need these items, but it is great that they can help them keep their independence for as long as they can. They fit like regular underwear. No one can tell that I am wearing them under my clothes. They are very absorbent and give me maximum protection from leaks.
